From april 1^st until May 31^st we will participate in the GBC PrintLess Contest: Tone it down! in which companies and regions in the Netherlands will compete with each other for two months to minimize printing! At Eindhoven University of Technology, the contest will take place in building Flux. Vertigo might also compete too.

Last year Accenture, Arcadis, CBRE, Loyens & Loeff, Faculty of Behavioural and Movement Sciences VU, Faculty of Law VU and the municipality of Amsterdam Zuidas already participated in the competition in Amsterdam Zuidas. In total 522,941 sheets of printing paper were saved in two months!

Due to its overwhelming success, the competition will be organized nationally this year. The goal of the competition: reducing paper consumption, increasing awareness of print behaviour and structural behavioural change.

Did you know that every page you don’t print, saves around 200 ml of water and 12.7 g of CO2! On top of that you use less energy and ink and every 8333.3 unprinted sheets of paper will save one tree!
