This manual consists of nine parts. The first chapter, general, includes tips on how to promote effectively. Then, the second, third, and fourth chapters are about digital versus printed material and the waste of printed material. Afterward, in chapters 5 and 6 the topic of clothing is mentioned, as well as gifts. Finally, in chapters 7, 8, and 9, some tips are given about networking, reducing footprints, and how to receive a certificate for a sustainable promotion association.
